How long does shipping take?
• Orders typically ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
• Please note that these are estimated shipping times and actual delivery times may vary.
What is the minimum order quantity?
• We require a minimum order quantity of 15 packs per order.
What are the shipping costs?
• Free shipping for orders greater than £150.
• A shipping charge of £10 will be made for orders under £150.
• Seasonal Shipping Costs - Free shipping for orders greater than £75. A shipping charge of £10 will be made for orders under £75.
Do you ship internationally?
• Yes, we ship internationally to most countries.
• Please contact admin@pigmentproductions.com to speak to our team about overseas shipping costs and delivery times.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
• We offer returns for damaged or faulty goods.
• If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Please retain the original packaging and any damaged goods for inspection.
