Customer Spinner Agreement

This Agreement is between: Pigment Productions, “The Supplier”, The Old Stables, Harrogate, HG1 2AN and “The Customer”.

1. Pigment will provide the spinner free on loan and will ship to the customer’s address.
2. Delivery of the spinner will be on a working day between 9am–5pm.
3. The spinner is to hold Pigment stock only at any time.
4. This agreement is for a minimum period of 2 years.
5. The Customer may terminate this agreement if Pigment fails to uphold any aspect within 20 days of written notice.
6. This agreement shall be governed by UK law.
